Meet the Creator Jacqueline R. Walters, MA, Jacqueline R. Walters is a native New Yorker, with more than 30 years background working with at risk youth. She holds a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University in Orlando, Florida. She also holds a B.S Degree in Psychology from The University of New York.

Jacqueline Walters is a superb professional who continues to set the highest standards and expectations for herself, only to exceed them. She is regarded with great respect among her peers, her work associates from partner agencies and among child welfare professionals across the state. Her leadership style is participative, but decisive; her hallmark in all endeavors is excellence.
