Meet the Creator Jacqueline R. Walters, MA, Jacqueline R. Walters is a native New Yorker, with more than 30 years background working with at risk youth. She holds a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University in Orlando, Florida. She also holds a B.S Degree in Psychology from The University of New York.
Jacqueline Walters is a superb professional who continues to set the highest standards and expectations for herself, only to exceed them.
